twas the season

for pumpkin waffles. 
Well, let's be honest, it's always pumpkin season around here. 
So here is what I did:

1 cup flour
1 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 /4 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 T oil
1 cup pumpkin puree

Plug in your waffle iron
Whisk together your ingredients (dry first, then add wet)
Pour some in the waffle iron and close the lid (not too much now!)
When it tells you it's done (however it does) open it and eat. With maple syruyp, powdered sugar, toasted pecans, what have you.
