What do you do? It's so simple of course. Just whip up a batch of your regular vanilla cupcakes and add approximately 1 cup of chocolate chips for every 12 cupcakes. I used the basic yellow cake recipe from Cupcakes! by Elinor Klivans
Then bake them off and let them cool. Meanwhile, whip up a batch of chocolate glaze or frosting, whichever you prefer. I used Martha's dark chocolate frosting recipe.
Top them off with some sprinkles of course,
And enjoy with milk.
So delicious.
