When in Doubt

Brunch is my favorite meal of the day, and as such, why not eat it all the time?  Whenever in doubt for what to cook I go for some brunchy delights.  The other night I had a leftover ciabatta roll and decided to make some french toast.  I combined an egg, some milk, Kahlua, and vanilla and soaked the bread in it.  While it was frying up I scrambled a couple of eggs and topped them with some smoke shredded cheese.  The toast had a great candied crunch on the edges and together with the creamy eggs it was delicious.
