Why is this awesome chair stamp a 4 cent stamp?

When am I ever again going to need it (again)? It's just not fair to keep such a pretty stamp to such a silly value. These are some serious letter writer problems. 

But more importantly, do you know about the letter writers alliance? Because you should. Get inspired to write a few more, or just look at some of the pretty stamps and envelopes.
