one more time, but really so many more

So that stuffing - you know the drill. but just in case you need it spelled out the best stuffing/dressing ever. recipe aka my dad's chestnut stuffing or dressing:

(This is the smaller version, double as needed.)

Melt a stick of butter

Add a head of celery, and onion chopped, saute on medium until translucent


Season it up with some salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, and nutmeg.  And chopped sage too.

Meanwhile, take some bread, cube it up, and toast it

Then chop up some chestnuts. I'm really into those packaged, cooked and peeled chestnuts, I used two packages here.

Mix it all up

Put it in a dish, add some stock if it looks dry

Bake it off at 350 for about 30 minutes

And you are good to go!
